After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomegaly, coronary ostial stenosis, headache What is  headache, hepatic enzyme increased, myocardial infarction, nasal congestion. Oxymetazoline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
