Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 246.9 lb, was diagnosed with pain in extremity and was treated with Oxycodon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Oxycodon dosage: 20 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TAMSULOSIN, ZYLORIC, RAMIPRIL, PLAVIX, DIOVAN HCT, LYRICA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with SIMVAHEXAL, MOLSIDOMINE, TORSEMIDE, PLAVIX, LEVOTHYROXINE, ALLOPURINOL, SPIRO, PHENYTOIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
