Female patient, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Oxcarbazepine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver function test abnormal, pyrexia, rash erythematous. Oxcarbazepine dosage: 600MG/900MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with QUETIAPINE, LITHIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
