Oxaprozin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 08, 2005. Female patient, 89 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with pain , rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Oxaprozin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis , gastric ulcer, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, melaena. Oxaprozin dosage: 600 MG BID [CHRONIC]. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, FOSAMAX, DYAZIDE, AVAPRO, CALCIUM CARB, CARDIZEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Oxaprozin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 13, 2008. Female patient, 92 years of age, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Oxaprozin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, chest pain , dizziness , duodenal ulcer haemorrhage, hypotension, melaena, refusal of treatment by relative. Oxaprozin dosage: 600MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
