Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with cachexia, hypogonadism, pain , depression  and was treated with Oxandrolone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood testosterone decreased, erectile dysfunction , sex hormone binding globulin decreased. Oxandrolone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TESTOSTERONE, METHADON, AMITRIPTYLINE, ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE, ZIDOVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE, ABACAVIR, EFAVIRENZ. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with TESTOSTERONE, RECOMBINANT GROWTH HORMONE, ATENOLOL, GEMFIBROZIL, GABAPENTIN, BUPROPION, FLUOXETINE, LAMIVUDINE. Patient recovered.
