Oxandrin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 17, 2005. Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 157.0 lb, was diagnosed with weight decreased and was treated with Oxandrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, lobar pneumonia, sepsis What is  sepsis. Oxandrin dosage: 10 MG ONE PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN, LORTAB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/13/2005.

Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 162.5 lb, was diagnosed with weight control What is  weight control and was treated with Oxandrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, decreased appetite, epigastric discomfort, facial wasting, lobar pneumonia, nausea What is  nausea, pleural effusion. Oxandrin dosage: 10 MG BID X 12 WEEKS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
