Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection and was treated with Oxacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nephritis interstitial, renal failure acute. Oxacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, LASIX, LOPRESSOR, LIPITOR, PREVACID, FOLIC ACID, ACCUPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, METHADONE, OXYCONTIN, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
