Oxacillin Side Effects Report #4795152-8
Oxacillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 06, 2005. Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 184.3 lb, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis and was treated with Oxacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, hepatotoxicity. Oxacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, LEXAPRO, IBUPROFEN, PROTONIX, LORCET, IMODIUM. Patient recovered.

Oxacillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 24, 2006. Female patient, weighting 7.94 lb, was diagnosed with cellulitis  and was treated with Oxacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatotoxicity, liver function test abnormal. Oxacillin dosage: 200 MG Q6H IV. During the same period patient was treated with METOCLOPRAMIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN, ALBUTEROL, CALCIUM GLUBIONATE, EPOETIN ALPHA, FERROUS SULPHATE, RANITIDINE. Patient recovered.
