Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with in vitro fertilisation and was treated with Ovidrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, hydronephrosis, ovarian enlargement, renal failure acute, ureteral disorder, ureteric obstruction. Ovidrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PUREGON, SYNERELA, CRINONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, cachexia, escherichia infection, hyperthermia, nephrotic syndrome, ovarian enlargement, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, pelvic fluid collection, peritonitis. Ovidrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PUREGON, DECAPETYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
