After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, aortic valve incompetence, blood pressure increased, cerebral artery occlusion, cerebrovascular accident, convulsion, escherichia urinary tract infection, metrorrhagia, migraine . Ovcon dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
