Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 111.0 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy , preoperative care and was treated with Osmoprep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac disorder, colitis, dehydration, nausea , renal failure, therapeutic agent toxicity, treatment noncompliance, troponin i increased. Osmoprep dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, DIGOXIN, DIOVAN, AMLODIPINE, FOSAMAX, CENTRUM VITAMINS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/18/2008.
