Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 135.1 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy  and was treated with Osmoprep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dehydration, euphoric mood, feeling abnormal, hypoaesthesia, paraesthesia, renal failure acute. Osmoprep dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
