Osmoprep side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 23, 2009. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with colonoscopy  and was treated with Osmoprep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , nephrocalcinosis, renal failure acute, renal tubular disorder. Osmoprep dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/15/2007.

Osmoprep dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, IBUPROFEN, URSO, NEXIUM, ACTIGALL, DETROL, LIPITOR, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
