Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy What is  colonoscopy and was treated with Osmoprep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute prerenal failure, colitis, dehydration, disease recurrence, hypertension, hypophagia, impaired gastric emptying, malaise, nephropathy. Osmoprep dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, CRESTOR, AZULFADINE, ASACOL, ENTOCORT EC, ZETIA, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
