Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy  and was treated with Osmoprep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dehydration, euphoric mood, headache , hyperphosphataemia, nausea , nephropathy, overdose, paraesthesia. Osmoprep dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, ASACOL, HYOSCYAMINE, EFFEXOR, TOPAMAX, SYNTHROID, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
