Orthoclone side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Feb 27, 2007. Male patient, 16 years of age, was diagnosed with transplant rejection and was treated with Orthoclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: heart transplant rejection. Orthoclone dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Orthoclone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with heart transplant What is  heart transplant and was treated with Orthoclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: heart transplant rejection. Orthoclone dosage: DOSE=0.1-0.2 MG/KG/DAY WITH A MAXIMUM DOSE OF 5 MG/DAY FOR 7 DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, HYDROCORTISONE, DIPHENYHYDRAMINE, CYCLOSPORINE, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PREDNISONE. Patient died.
