Female patient, 80 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with essential hypertension and was treated with Orocal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood calcium decreased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood potassium decreased, carbon dioxide decreased, confusional state, creatinine renal clearance decreased, dehydration. Orocal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KARDEGIC, IRBESARTAN, STILNOX, VICTAN, VOLTAREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
