Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with obesity , type 2 diabetes mellitus, abdominal pain upper and was treated with Orlistat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, circulatory collapse, depressed level of consciousness, diarrhoea, dizziness , dysarthria. Orlistat dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, TAGAMET, ASPIRIN, BICARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
