Orfidal Side Effects Report #5656229-8
Orfidal side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on Feb 20, 2008. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with insomnia, influenza, pain  and was treated with Orfidal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood chloride decreased, disorientation, hyponatraemia. Orfidal dosage: (1 MG QD ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with FRENADOL, NEURONTIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, PARACETAMOL. Patient died on 01/01/2008.

Orfidal side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on Feb 26, 2008. Female patient, 92 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Orfidal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disorientation, dyspnoea, somnolence. Orfidal dosage: 1 MG QD ORAL A FEW YEARS. During the same period patient was treated with TRANSTEC, NITROGLYN, PANTOPRAZOLE, NEBIVOLOL, SIBELIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Orfidal side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on June 02, 2008. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with alcohol detoxification, bipolar disorder , disorientation and was treated with Orfidal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood osmolarity abnormal, confusional state, disorientation, expressive language disorder, hypernatraemia, metabolic acidosis, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, pyrexia. Orfidal dosage: (1 MG QD ORAL, (1 MG QD ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with AKINETON, LITHIUM CARBONATE, ANTABUSE, ETUMINA, HALOPERIDOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
