Orfadin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 17, 2005. Female patient, child 2 years of age, weighting 1.00 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Orfadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, pyrexia, treatment noncompliance. Orfadin dosage: 10 MILLIGRAM TWICE DAILY ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
