Orfadin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on July 18, 2005. Male patient, weighting 1.00 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Orfadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis atopic, pruritus, respiratory distress, tachypnoea. Orfadin dosage: 5 MILLIGRAM TWICE DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMINE K, FUROSEMIDE, CEFOTAXINA, RANITIDINE. Patient recovered.
