Orfadin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRIA on Aug 21, 2006. Male patient was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Orfadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha 1 foetoprotein increased, aspiration, cardio-respiratory arrest, dry skin, hepatic failure, liver transplant What is  liver transplant, loss of consciousness, lymphoma What is  lymphoma, pruritus. Orfadin dosage: 0.5-1.5 MG/KG MG/KG/DAY, ORAL. Patient recovered.

Orfadin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on July 20, 2005. Male patient, weighting 1.00 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Orfadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis atopic, dry skin, mucosal inflammation, pruritus, rash maculo-papular, respiratory distress, skin fissures, tachypnoea. Orfadin dosage: 5 MILLIGRAM TWICE DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMINE K, FUROSEMIDE, CEFOTAXINA, RANITIDINE. Patient recovered.
