Orfadin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Sept 23, 2008. Female patient, weighting 15.43 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Orfadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, hepatic failure, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia. Orfadin dosage: 1, 6 MG/KG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with GANCICLOVIR. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with GANCICLOVIR. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with GANCICLOVIR, VANCOMYCIN, IMIPENEM, COLISTIN, METRONIDAZOLE, NEOMYCINE, CLONIDINE, MIDAZOLAM. Patient died on 09/28/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acinetobacter infection, acute respiratory distress syndrome, bacterial sepsis, condition aggravated, hepatic failure, renal failure acute. Orfadin dosage: 0,851 MG/KG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, DOPAMINE, RANITIDINE, URSO FALK. Patient died.
