Female patient, child 3 years of age, weighting 31.09 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Orfadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha 1 foetoprotein increased, hepatic cirrhosis, liver transplant What is  liver transplant. Orfadin dosage: 15 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
