Oramorph side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Apr 18, 2008. Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , breast cancer metastatic and was treated with Oramorph. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, c-reactive protein increased, dehydration, dyspnoea, hyponatraemia, hypotension, nausea , oral intake reduced. Oramorph dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LAPATINIB, CAPECITABINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/02/2008.

Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with agitation and was treated with Oramorph. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, alcohol withdrawal syndrome, blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, body temperature increased, consciousness fluctuating, delirium. Oramorph dosage: 6 MG/HOUR (NR); IV. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, HALOPERIDOL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
