Optison side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 31, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with dyspnoea, fatigue, ischaemia and was treated with Optison. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea exacerbated. Optison dosage: 4 ML OF 1.5 ML OPTISON DILUTED IN 18.5 ML SALINE, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with DOBUTAMINE, GLYCERYL TRINITRATE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, SALMETEROL XINAFOATE, PEPCID, SINGULAIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
