Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with angiogram peripheral, arteriogram coronary and was treated with Optiray. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure diastolic decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, contrast media reaction, convulsion, procedural complication, shock. Optiray dosage: 230 ML, SINGLE, INTRA-ARTERIAL. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, ASPIRIN, CILOSTAZOL. Patient died on 02/27/2007.
