Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 115.1 lb, was diagnosed with ventricular dysfunction and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina unstable, catheterisation cardiac abnormal, chest pain , coronary artery disease , ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram st segment abnormal, post procedural complication, surgical procedure repeated, vascular graft complication. Optimark dosage: 21 ML ONCE IV BOLUS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ejection fraction decreased, leukocytosis, pneumonia , post procedural complication, pulmonary oedema, respiratory failure, tracheobronchitis, vascular bypass graft. Optimark dosage: 33.4 ML ONCE IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, METOPROLOL, ZOCOR, PHENERGAN, BUMEX, VANCOMYCIN, ALTACE, COREG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Optimark dosage: 38.0 ML ONCE IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with CORDARONE, LISINOPRIL, CARVEDILOL, ASPIRIN, DIGOXIN, POTASSIUM, FUROSEMIDE, MINOCYCLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
