Optimark side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 17, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal discomfort, bowel movement irregularity, convulsion, dizziness , foaming at mouth, headache , ocular hyperaemia, vomiting. Optimark dosage: 20 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE. Patient recovered.

Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, angiogram, dyspepsia, convulsion, vitamin b complex deficiency, anaemia, pain in extremity and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, anorexia, arrhythmia , asthenia, bedridden, convulsion, fall , fatigue, fluid retention. Optimark dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, PHENYTOIN EXTENDED, NEPHROCAPS, PROPOXYPHENE, RANITIDINE, RENAL CAPS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
