Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging brain, menopause  and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chills, feeling abnormal, headache , nausea , somnolence, vertigo. Optimark dosage: 20 ML, SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRATEST, PROVERA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, anorexia, arrhythmia , asthenia, bedridden, convulsion, fall , fatigue, fluid retention. Optimark dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, PHENYTOIN EXTENDED, NEPHROCAPS, PROPOXYPHENE, RANITIDINE, RENAL CAPS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, CLOPIDOGREL, ZETIA, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
