Optimark side effect was reported by a Physician from MEXICO on Aug 26, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, anxiety , bronchospasm, hypotension, hypoxia, laryngospasm, rash , salivary hypersecretion. Optimark dosage: 10 ML, SINGLE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anhedonia, anxiety , basal cell carcinoma, coccidioidomycosis, decreased activity, emotional distress, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, osteonecrosis , pain . Optimark dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNEVIST. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with OMNISCAN, LOPRESSOR, OXYCODONE, FENTANYL, CARDIZEM, DIGOXIN. Patient died on 02/11/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with OMNISCAN, MAGNEVIST, HANCE, PROHANCE, MAVIK, COREG, CLONIDINE. Patient died on 06/23/2005.
