Optimark side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 23, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, angiogram, dyspepsia, convulsion, vitamin b complex deficiency, anaemia, pain in extremity and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, anorexia, arrhythmia , asthenia, bedridden, convulsion, fall , fatigue, fluid retention. Optimark dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, PHENYTOIN EXTENDED, NEPHROCAPS, PROPOXYPHENE, RANITIDINE, RENAL CAPS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, blood uric acid increased and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, activities of daily living impaired, arteriovenous shunt operation, blood disorder, disease complication, emotional disorder, foot amputation, gangrene. Optimark dosage: 20 ML, SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNEVIST, HANCE, ALOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
