Optimark side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 23, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, angiogram, dyspepsia, convulsion, vitamin b complex deficiency, anaemia, pain in extremity and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, anorexia, arrhythmia
, asthenia, bedridden, convulsion, fall
, fatigue, fluid retention. Optimark dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, PHENYTOIN EXTENDED, NEPHROCAPS, PROPOXYPHENE, RANITIDINE, RENAL CAPS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.Optimark Side Effects Report #5845625-1

Female patient was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, blood uric acid increased and was treated with Optimark. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, activities of daily living impaired, arteriovenous shunt operation, blood disorder, disease complication, emotional disorder, foot amputation, gangrene. Optimark dosage: 20 ML, SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNEVIST, HANCE, ALOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
