Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 151.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Opana. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, coronary artery disease , feeling abnormal, gastroenteritis viral, myocardial infarction, serotonin syndrome. Opana dosage: 40 MG, BID, PER ORAL, 60 MG, BID, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OPANA ER, LYRICA, XANAX, KLONOPIN, ZOLOFT, MONOPRIL, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
