Opana and accidental overdose Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Opana Side Effects Report #5647895-1
Opana side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 21, 2008. Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Opana. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, confusional state, miosis, respiratory depression. Opana dosage: 20 MG, 1 TAB BID, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, KLONOPIN, VITAMIN B, PROTONIX, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, confusional state, miosis, respiratory depression. Opana dosage: 20 MG, 1 TAB BID, OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, SLOW MAG, LUNESTA, TIGAN, ARICEPT, MIRAPEX, COMPAZINE, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, coronary artery occlusion, depressed level of consciousness, tachycardia. Opana dosage: 20 MG; Q12H. During the same period patient was treated with MARIJUANA, VICODIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
