After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rhabdomyolysis. Ontak dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, DOXORUBICIN, CYTOXAN, PREDNISONE, LIPITOR, LISINOPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient died on 08/06/2007.
