Ontak side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Jan 22, 2009. Male patient, 15 years of age, weighting 107.6 lb, was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides stage iii, renal tubular disorder, infection
, pain and was treated with Ontak. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site oedema, infection , lymphadenopathy, pain . Ontak dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REKAWAN, LASIX, AMPHOTERICIN B, COTRIM, DIFLUCAN, ACTIQ, HYDROMORPHONE. Patient was hospitalized. Ontak side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 24, 2008. Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with lymphoma
and was treated with Ontak. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiac arrest , dizziness , insomnia, pain , vomiting. Ontak dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBIENE, VINCRISTINE, PREDNISONE, NEULASTA. Patient was hospitalized.
