Ontak side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 07, 2004. Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 186.0 lb, was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides and was treated with Ontak. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, atrial fibrillation , dehydration, headache , liver function test abnormal, nausea , pyrexia. Ontak dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BEXAROTENE, FISH OIL CAPSULES, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient died on 12/19/2007.
