Ontak side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Apr 09, 2008. Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides and was treated with Ontak. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression. Ontak dosage: 18 MG, INTRAVENOUS INFUSION. Patient died.

Ontak side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Apr 26, 2004. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Ontak. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adenocarcinoma, csf lactate dehydrogenase increased, csf protein increased, disease progression, metastases to lung, metastasis, retinopathy. Ontak dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IMMUNE GLOBULIN INTRAVENOUS, METOCLOPRAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, PREDNISOLONE, TRIMETHOPRIM. Patient recovered.

Ontak side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 25, 2005. Female patient, 67 years of age, weighting 113.5 lb, was diagnosed with b-cell lymphoma and was treated with Ontak. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, disease progression, ear congestion, ear discomfort, hypoacusis, non-hodgkin's lymphoma. Ontak dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, GUAIFENESIN, IBUPROFEN, MONTELUKAST, OXYGEN, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient died on 06/02/2005.
