, overweight. Ontak dosage: 1620 MG, 2 IN 21 D, INTRAVENOUS; INTERMITTENT SINCE. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBICIN, VINCRISTINE, PREDNISONE, NEULASTA, NORGESTIMATE, ETINOL, PRILOSEC. Patient was hospitalized.
