Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, hypothyroidism, pain  and was treated with Ondansetron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyskinesia, dystonia , intentional self-injury, tremor. Ondansetron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THYROXINE, DICLOFENAC, CODEINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
