Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, analgesia and was treated with Ondansetron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, ecg signs of myocardial ischaemia, pain in extremity. Ondansetron dosage: 8MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, PROPOFOL, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, NITROUS OXIDE, PETHIDINE, GLYCOPYRROLATE, NEOSTIGMINE. Patient recovered.
