Oncovin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 02, 2005. Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma
and was treated with Oncovin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , blood culture positive, blood pressure increased, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure acute, cardiomegaly, depressed level of consciousness, disseminated intravascular coagulation. Oncovin dosage: 0.4 MG OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIAMYCIN PFS, DECADRON. Patient died on 01/17/2005.Oncovin Side Effects Report #4618397-6

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, liver disorder, neutropenia, platelet count decreased, venoocclusive liver disease. Oncovin dosage: 1.4 MG OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DAUNORUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE, LEUNASE, FAMOTIDINE, FIRSTCIN, ISEPACIN, KYTRIL, MAXIPIME. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 63.93 lb, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Oncovin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, coagulopathy, disseminated intravascular coagulation, pancreatitis acute, platelet count decreased, tumour lysis syndrome. Oncovin dosage: 1.5 MG OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with PINORUBICIN, DECADRON, PREDONINE, ALLOPURINOL, POLYMYXIN B SULPHATE, FUNGIZONE, MEROPEN, DIFLUCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
