Female patient, 18 years of age, weighting 124.1 lb, was diagnosed with b precursor type acute leukaemia and was treated with Oncaspar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypotension, paraesthesia oral, platelet count decreased, pruritus, pulmonary haemorrhage, pulmonary oedema, rash , throat tightness. Oncaspar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, VINCRISTINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
