Female patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with psoas abscess, sepsis  and was treated with Omniscan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ileus, metabolic acidosis, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, psoas abscess, sepsis , urosepsis, wheelchair user. Omniscan dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
