Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Omniscan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, haemodialysis, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, renal impairment, renal transplant. Omniscan dosage: 48 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with RENAGEL, DILTIAZEM, ENALAPRIL, ALFACALCIDOL, EPOGEN, APOZEPAM, IMOSOP. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
