Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with von hippel-lindau disease  and was treated with Omniscan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, renal impairment. Omniscan dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
