After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dependence on enabling machine or device, hypotension, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, renal impairment. Omniscan dosage: 40 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V. ; SINGLE DOSE. Patient died.
