Omniscan Side Effects Report #5754286-1
Omniscan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on May 15, 2008. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with uterine polyp and was treated with Omniscan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, aortic calcification, back pain , blood pressure decreased, deep vein thrombosis , gait disturbance, haemodialysis, haemorrhage, hepatic steatosis. Omniscan dosage: 20 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V., 20 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, LANSOPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, WARFARIN, FUROSEMIDE, OLOPATADINE HYDROCHLORIDE, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 04/27/2008.
