Omniscan Side Effects Report #5047253-7
Omniscan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from DENMARK on June 28, 2006. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with renal cyst, renal transplant and was treated with Omniscan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, arthralgia, asthenia, burning sensation, dizziness , fibrosis, haemodialysis, hypersensitivity. Omniscan dosage: 50 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with renal cyst, renal transplant and was treated with Omniscan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, amnesia, arthralgia, arthropathy, asthenia, burning sensation, depressed mood, dizziness , haemodialysis. Omniscan dosage: 50 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/16/2003.

Omniscan dosage: 50 ML (0.23 MMOL/KG), SINGLEDOSE, I.V.. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/16/2003.
