After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute. Omnipaque dosage: 125ML OTO IV. During the same period patient was treated with PEPCID, VANCOMYCIN, LEVAQUIN, LASIX, ZOSYN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
